Team SpudCo began its quest in 2015 to create a food experience people couldn't get enough of.

Since 2015, we've been serving up great food under a variety of names, continually evolving and growing along the way. In the middle of 2025, we officially became Spud Co, our current name. One thing has always remained the same: We believe that good food and the humble potato should be celebrated. From its humble beginnings, it has become a place where fresh ingredients, inventive flavours, and endless customisation converge to create meals that delight the palate.

This was one store that eventually grew to become much larger. The more needs arose, the more we invested in systems, people, and processes to build a brand designed to scale.

SpudCo today is a growing national franchise network of 50+ stores throughout Australia. With strong franchise partners and a proven business model, we're building in new communities throughout the country.
